We were thrilled to see a cheque for £315,412.08 presented to Adrian Bowen of Macmillan Cancer Support. They have been our nominated charity for the last couple of years and are such a worthy cause.
Many of us have either seen their work first hand, or will have friends and relatives that have been. Sadly many more will have reason to rely on their support in the future. For those who have their lives turned upside down by this awful medical condition, the work of this amazing charity makes a very real difference. It touches the lives of both patients and their families and are a true inspiration.
