One of the most useful items is the downloadable document they have compiled called Water Meters - Your Questions Answered
I've read in a number of places that your meter should be read "at least every year" and was a bit surprised by this... I would ALWAYS recommend submitting them far more often than this - monthly if at all possible! Remember, that the longer the period between readings, the greater the chance of your account being over or under charged and the shock creeping up on you
